We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your event to secure your date, especially on weekends. Spring and fall book up fast. That said, reach out even last minute — we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! Delivery and pickup are available throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. We'll include the delivery cost in your quote so there are no surprises.

A 6-foot rectangular table comfortably seats 6 guests (3 per side). You can squeeze 8 if needed by adding one at each end. For round tables, plan for 8–10 guests per table depending on the table size.

We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex including Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Sachse, Wylie, Plano, Richardson, Dallas, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Just ask — we'll let you know.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. Once you approve your quote, you can pay your deposit quickly and securely online through Square using any major credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due before or on delivery day.

Life happens — we get it. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Reach out and we'll work with you.

Absolutely. Every chair and table is cleaned and inspected before every rental. We take pride in delivering equipment that looks great and is ready to use straight out of the truck.

Yes, self-pickup may be available depending on your order size and location. Mention it when you request your quote and we'll let you know if it's an option — it can save on delivery fees.

Yes! We offer discounts for large orders, repeat customers, and churches or nonprofits. Mention it when you reach out and we'll factor it into your quote. We love supporting our community.
